Elsa believed deeply in the power of education and opportunity, especially for those from underrepresented and underserved communities.
Founded by her loving husband, Barry R. Wurster, and their daughters, the foundation provides scholarships and funding for students pursuing post-secondary education and skilled trade apprenticeships. Whether through college degrees or hands-on career pathways, we are committed to supporting the next generation as they build meaningful, empowered lives.
